Akshaya InnoTech began as a bold startup rooted in innovation and R&D, focused on novel technologies across water treatment, biotechnology, food tech, and specialty molecules. With a dynamic team of biotechnologists, engineers, and chemists, the firm quickly established itself in the national landscape of environmental solutions.
From the outset, Akshaya prioritized state-of-the-art R&D, developing proprietary enzymes, bio-oxidation processes, and biotechnology formulations. Their in-house labs and QC facilities grew into full-scale manufacturing units capable of producing bioactive molecules, APIs, biofuels, and more.
Akshaya transitioned from research to real-world applications by deploying systems across wastewater treatment, solid waste management, lake remediation, and bioremediation. They became specialists in EcoBud STPs, enzymatic lake cleaning, and drone-enabled environmental technologies.
In 2018, Akshaya was honored as the Best Technology Startup by XLR8AP under the Andhra Pradesh Innovation Society. The same year, it was formally recognized by the AP government for significant environmental interventions during a diarrhoeal outbreak in Guntur and sewers cleanup in Vijayawada.
Akshaya expanded via strategic partnerships and sister firms such as Vegesna BioSolutions and Akshaya Engineering Innovatives. Their advisory board includes academic luminaries from CFTRI, IITs, and leading engineering institutions.
