Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Akshaya Innotech, we are committed to providing high-quality drone training programs. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before enrolling in any of our courses.
1. Cancellation Policy
For Drone Training Programs:
- Cancellation Requests: Must be made at least 7 days before the training date (12/04/2025) for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations (Within 7 Days):
- 50% refund if canceled between 3-6 days before the training.
- No refund if canceled within 48 hours of the training date.
- Rescheduling: Participants may request to reschedule their training to another available date (subject to availability).
How to Cancel:
- Send an email to ainnotechindia@gmail.com with the subject "Training Cancellation Request" and include your registration details.
- Call us at 8897911862 to confirm cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Full refund if canceled 7+ days before the training.
- 50% refund if canceled 3-6 days before the training.
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours or for no-shows.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- If the participant attends but does not complete the training.
- If the training is canceled due to weather conditions (rescheduling will be offered instead).
3. Training Postponement/Cancellation by Akshaya Innotech
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, instructor unavailability), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the training.
- Participants will be notified immediately and offered:
- A new training date OR
- A full refund (if rescheduling is not possible).
